The Council Calendar

The Committee cycle is the beginning of June to the end of May. The year’s draft cycle of meeting dates is put to Full Council for approval at the Annual General Meeting in May each year.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend Council meetings and further details are available from the Clerk.

Please note: meeting dates may be changed at short notice because of insufficient business to discuss or a meeting may need to be brought forward due to an urgent item with the agreement of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council and the Chairman of the relevant committee.
