Meetings of the Full Council
The Full Council normally sits once a month and is responsible for all Council business transacted. Although Committees have some delegated powers, it is the responsibility of the Full Council to approve payments and policies, and make major decisions. Only the Full Council can give instructions to staff.
No individual Councillor has the power to instruct staff, make representations or decisions on behalf of the Council.
